Temporary Exhibitions
New questions on issues from every part of the globe
With its important collections, the Humboldt Forum invites visitors to expand their knowledge of issues from every part of the globe. Changing exhibitions in two large exhibition halls on the ground floor and spaces for temporary exhibitions on the 2nd and 3rd floor address current topics and enable exciting encounters.
Cooperations with curators from all over the world
The temporary exhibitions are developed in teams and often together with communities of the countries of origin and explored in greater depth in accompanying events.
In cooperation with representatives of the indigenous Omaha nation from North America, a temporary exhibition is currently being developed, which will open in 2021.
These international collaborations with loans from collections all over the world are typical of the Humboldt Forum’s programme, which offers opportunities to gain new perspectives and insights.
