Around the stupa, a traditional Buddhist building, there are reliefs that tell stories. Hindu and Buddhist scroll paintings, the patuas and thangkas, have a similar narrative structure. Inspired by this, the children create their own colorful scroll paintings and leporellos with their invented stories. They also learn that there are many different perspectives on the objects in the Museum für Asiatische Kunst and that the figures depicted are quite heroic and exciting.
