How is history written? Who writes our history?
For Daniel Theiler, the alleged declaration of a socialist republic from the balcony of the Berlin Palace on 9 November 1918 is the starting point to consider these very questions. The film screening is accompanied by a subsequent conversation with Daniel Theiler (artist), Smina Bluth (image design), Charity Collin (actress) and Martin Sabrow (The Leibniz Centre for Contemporary History Potsdam, Director).
