Punjabi disco meets Indian film music classics and extremely danceable Indian-Pakistani instrumental music.

Sadhana Singh Stülpnagel, born in Hamburg, grew up in a Sikh community and moved to Amritsar in the Indian part of Punjab at the age of eleven. There he developed a deep connection to Gurbani Kirtan, the temple music of the Sikhs, and began to learn classical Indian singing from his master Ustad Narinder Singh Sandhu at the age of 16.

At the same time, he began collecting records and created an impressive archive of different genres from the subcontinent, which forms the basis of his live sets.

A journey through time from the sixties to the nineties, complemented by some contemporary works.
