How does this place between old and new – between power and doubt – affect our bodies if we listen a little more closely?
A special tour that is also an artistic performance. You yourself are both the audience and the performer. On this unusual journey through the Humboldt Forum, you will encounter the recent history and architecture of this place with a special focus on the body and the senses. They will be accompanied by a choreography consisting of a musical soundtrack, suggestions for training body awareness and the senses, as well as voices of contemporary witnesses since the 1990s and Berliners who have already explored this place in 2021 as part of the artistic performance ‘Listening Bodies’. The project was developed and realised by Gabriele Reuter, Marcelo Schmittner and Charlotte Virgile together with the participants and took place as part of Moving the Forum.
After the tour, you will have the opportunity to talk to those involved in the project.
