Once a month, poetry and science come together at the Humboldt Lab. In the Logoskop‘s seventeenth edition, the renowned spoken-word poets Johannes Berger and Valerio Moser will explore the exhibition ‚After Nature‘ with live performances of their work. Visitors are invited to join them on their tour of eloquence.
Curated by Bas Böttcher
Johannes Berger makes music and writes lyrics. He has been performing with them on stages for over ten years, including at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, the Hanover State Opera and the Leipzig Book Fair. His successes include winning the German-speaking U20 championship in 2014. He is a studied violist and unstudied rapper. Since 2017, he has been releasing under the artist name YUNUS and is part of the local pop landscape. Johannes Berger lives and works in Berlin.
Valerio Moser invented the pavement. It must have been a few years ago. Shortly afterwards, in 2007, he started performing on stages. In the meantime, he has become a multiple poetry slam Swiss champion, German-language poetry slam champion, won prizes at home and abroad, written full-length programmes and published his own first book in 2023 under the name “Ein Tablett voll glitzernder Snapshots”. He is now packing up his favourite texts for the Humboldt Lab and putting on the nice shirt.
