Once a month, poetry and science come together at the Humboldt Lab. In the Logoskop‘s twenty-fourth edition, spoken-word poets Vivienne Pabst und Yannick Steinkellner will explore the exhibition ‚After Nature‘ with live performances of their work. Visitors are invited to join them on their tour of eloquence.

Vivienne Pabst

Vivienne Pabst was born in Strausberg in 2007, making her the youngest author ever to take part in the Logoskop in the Humboldt Lab. Her life has always been characterised by imagination on a daily basis and storytelling in particular found a place in her heart at an early age.

Vivienne Pabst published her first book at the age of 16. The small format “Mika und Flopp auf Sternenritt” was illustrated by Alexander von Knorre and edited by Bas Böttcher. The Bundesvereinigung Kulturelle Kinder- und Jugendbildung presented Vivienne Pabst as a representative of the new generation of young female artists as part of the Mach ma mit!

Vivienne is a member of the Marzahn writing workshop, where she takes part in the group writing project Storytausch. Last year, this resulted in the fantasy novel Volkesland – Aufbruch ins Unbekannte – written by Markus Heitz and the Schreibwerkstatt Marzahn. At 600 pages, it clearly broke the previous record for total pages and was even published with an ISBN number for the first time. In addition to writing, Vivienne Pabst also works interdisciplinarily in the fields of visual arts and theatre.

Yannick Steinkellner

Yannick Steinkellner was born in Wolfsberg (Austria) in 1992 and has lived in Germany since 2016.
