Belongs to: Blown Away: The Palace of the Republic |
Loved and hated, demolished and remembered: where the Humboldt Foum stands toady, the Palace of the Republic stood from 1976 to 2006, first in East Germany, then in the Federal Republic of Germany. We spent years researching, collecting, listening and discussing. In the exhibition, we are presenting around 300 objects from and about the Palace of the Republic as well as excerpts from over 50 interviews from the project “Remembrance at the Humboldt Forum”.
