MLDVA was originally formed as a group of DJs and producers, which later transformed into a veritable live band. Influenced by Greek and Turkish folk and psych-rock music, they experimented with traditional instruments such as the Saz. In 2015, they invited Turkish multi-instrumentalist Çınar Timur to join them. This collaboration resulted in an album full of expansive tracks, deep grooves, hard-hitting breakbeats and everything you’d expect from classic Turkish sounds.
Their new album MLDVA & Çınar Timur has just been released in 2023. To the album on Bandcamp.
