Alena Buyx is Chairwoman of the German Ethics Council – and thus has the big questions of our country on the table: Where does the human being stand in times of artificial intelligence? What do we as a society think about suicide? Who gets help first when vaccines or medicines are in short supply? Born in Osnabrück, she is a medical and research ethicist and winner of the German National Prize.
